Description
In 1901, the Nawab of Malerkotla, Ibrahim Ali Khan, began to suffer from mental illness, and the British government installed Ibrahim Ali Khan’s son, Ahmed Ali Khan, on the royal throne of Malerkotla. Ahmed Ali Khan was still a minor, so the British government appointed Amiruddin Ahmed Khan, the Nawab of Loharu State, as Superintendent to ensure the smooth running of government work in Malerkotla.
