Introduction
My name is Abid Ali Khan. Relatively speaking, my family belongs to the lineage of the founder of the city of Malerkotla, Hazrat Sheikh Sadar-ud-Din (Reh.), and the Nawabs of this place. Being a descendant of Baba Hazrat Sheikh and having a great interest in the history of Malerkotla, I have written several books on the city of Malerkotla. The topic of my Ph.D is also related to the literary services of Malirkotla. Apart from this, my Instagram channel, YouTube channel, Facebook channel named “Malerkotla City” are also related to the same topic. Which are proof that I have always loved the history, civilization and culture of the city of Malerkotla. Through various articles, books and channels, I have tried my best to highlight the academic, literary and exemplary services of my city and the Nawabs of this place.
This Website of mine is part of this link, through which I have tried to bring to light the history and literary culture of Punjab and especially of Malerkotla. In this Website, where you will get to read the history of Malerkotla, you will also get various pictures of the buildings, Nawabs and Jagirdars here. Which you will also be able to upload for a small price and through the history of the Nawabs and buildings here, research scholars and historians will also get a lot of help. I hope that my effort will be commendable.
Along with the history of Malerkotla, I have also been associated with Urdu prose. My various books related to Urdu prose are also given on this website. Rather, a brief introduction of the ancient and modern poets and writers of Malerkotla has also been given on this website through a column. Apart from this, I have also tried to introduce the ancient historical books that were in my collection to the general public through this website. I hope that historians and intellectuals will appreciate this and these books will also be beneficial for those who are researching Malerkotla.
